Performance Evaluation of Microfluidically Tunable Microwave Filters

This paper presents a contribution to evaluating the performances of tunable devices devoted RF applications. It is based on reconfiguration by fluids capacitor/inductor associated in monolithic substrate. Indeed, association two microfluidic passive same wafer allows us increase total frequency response microwaves structures.
